How do I upgrade my account or trial?
Upgrading is fast and easy! You can do it directly online. Sign-in to your current account and click the UPGRADE button. Follow the steps and you're done! When you upgrade, you retain access to all your content.
At the end of a Suite trial, you will automatically be upgraded to a full Suite account unless you cancel prior to the 14-day trial period. If you cancel, you will lose access to all your assets.
How easy is it to get up to speed?
It's super easy! Video tutorials are available in the Knovio Learning Center at www.knovio.com/learn. In addition to tutorials, you can find detailed documentation on how to use all the features and KnowledgeChecks in the Knovio Learning Center.
Can Knovio be integrated into Learning Management Systems?
Yes, all your new learning assets can be easily uploaded to your LMS for certification and tracking. Knovio presentations created using Gold, Suite or Corporate plans, are SCORM Compliant. To start, just enable the KV SCORMconnect feature located in the Share page. We provide SCORM compliance for SCORM 2004 4th Edition, 3rd Edition and Version 1.2.
How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel, sign-in to your Knovio account. Go to Account | Settings | Account Details. Click Cancel. You will be billed for the remainder of your subscription. For example, if you have a monthly subscription, you will be billed for that month. If you cancel an annual subscription there are no refunds.
